Welcome to ACM SIGCHI China Chapter! |
ACM SIGCHI, the ACM's Special Interest Group on Computer-Human Interaction, brings together people working on the design, evaluation, implementation, and study of interactive computing systems for human use. ACM SIGCHI provides an international, interdisciplinary forum for the exchange of ideas about the field of human-computer interaction (HCI).
SIGCHI has a growing population of chapters (chartered, prospective, and points of contact) world-wide. Currently, all these organizations are grouped into five areas, Africa, Americas (outside USA), Asia/Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and United States, and people all around the world are exploring the possibility of starting CHI chapters. Many of the organizations listed here hold regular meetings. Many of them also distribute newsletters to their members with information about past and future meetings, and news about members, jobs, and upcoming conferences. You can reach any of these groups by using the contact information listed. Many chapters also have their own web pages where you can obtain further information about that group. |
